About the Chef
Born in Naples Italy, Enzo Carputo came to America in 1980 and decided to make New Jersey his home. At a young age he learned to cook. As a quick learner his culinary skills surpassed most of the older chefs. With his creativity and hard work he quickly gained the respect of his peers.
As a renowned culinary expert, Chef Enzo creates flavors you will remember for a life time. Occasionally you will find him outside the kitchen, walking the dining room in search of signs of happiness. Chef Enzo’s passion for food earned him his reputation of executive chef at some of the finest restaurants and his food was quickly rated five stars.
