Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations

    •    Table reservations are accepted via our website, phone, or in person.
    •    We may require a deposit for groups larger than [e.g., 6 people].
    •    Please arrive on time. We may release your table after 15 minutes if we have not received notice of delay.
    •    Special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.

2. Event & Wedding Bookings

    •    To secure your event or wedding date, a non-refundable deposit is required.
    •    A signed agreement and a payment schedule will be provided and must be followed.
    •    Final guest count and special requests must be confirmed at least [X days] before the event.
    •    We reserve the right to adjust pricing if guest numbers or services change significantly.

3. Cancellation Policy

    •    Restaurant reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance.
    •    Event or wedding cancellations:
    •    Deposits are non-refundable.
    •    Cancellations made less than [X days] before the event may incur additional charges based on services already contracted.
    •    In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer rescheduling options.

4. Conduct & Liability

    •    The client is responsible for guest behavior during events. Any damage to the venue, decor, or equipment may incur repair or replacement charges.
    •    La Reggia is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the restaurant or event premises.

5. Payments

    •    Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash.
    •    Full payment for events must be completed before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    •    Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.

6. Photography & Media

    •    Photos/videos may be taken at events for promotional use by La Reggia, only with your prior consent.
    •    You may request removal of any published media by contacting us at [Insert email].

7. Website Use

    •    You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
    •    You agree not to misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its content.
